Lohbado pretending to be Nosferatu

Last week I watched two versions of Nosferatu, the original, by F.W. Murnau and the remake by Werner Herzog. In both movies, there was a moment where I had a hard time suspending disbelief. That's the scenes when Nosferatu loads and unloads the coffins.

Anyone who's ever moved furniture will know how heavy it is to lift a wooden box the size of a coffin, unless it's made of balsa wood, or maybe very thin plywood. In the Herzog version, Nosferatu also unloads the coffins filled with earth and rats. Those coffins must have weighed several hundred pounds.
