to market

seafood at Jean Talon Market
The ups and downs of weather... after a long winter, one could relax in the park or take a tour of the market. Suddenly, for a few hours, it feels like summer. Spring fever, spring cleaning, air out the place. Throw out things that collect dust. If you haven’t touched something in a year, then get rid of it. There’s not enough room to accommodate the junk that piles up.

Sometimes the eye glances at an image, vivid like in a dream... to go from bright sun into a fish store, seafood... different worlds. The market was being set up for summer. Take down walls. Open up the space. Work like crazy to get the market ready in as little time as possible, in order to minimize disruption to business.

Sunburn... protect your head. Wear a hat. Protect your mind. Let go of aggression. Vicious thoughts could poison the system. Relax. Don’t think so much. Whatever you do, don’t worry. It’s important to not worry. Worry is toxic. It could make one ill.
