fire bottle cleansing ritual

Morono Extreme

wine bottle in fire

Lohbado found a bottle of Morono Extreme beer. It has 5% alcohol content. It's called extreme on account of the large bottle. He drank it then later drank a bottle of wine. He burned the wine bottle in the fire. A Club Morono cleansing ritual took place. First, place the beer on a concrete slab. Start a small fire, in a safe manner. Drink the beer. As Lohbado drank, the beer forced toxic substances from his body. Fluid spilled out of his bladder, through a comical appendage into appropriate containers. Later, as Lohbado lay by the fire, he admired how wood becomes ash.

relax at the end of the day

Lohbado spent all day watching the light change. Just before sunset, he built a small fire in an old barbecue to stay warm. Lohbado often took time to slow down, since often his mind became frozen or experienced turmoil from anxiety and neurotic concerns. What at first seemed like such a big deal is often really not all that important. Sometimes it's nice to heave a sigh of relief, to let it all go and to relax.

washed up

Lohbado dreamed about a plastic bowl washed up on the beach. A weather-beaten old bowl, there was something comforting about being swept away in foamy salt water. He woke up and made a fresh pot of coffee.

chaos

The advantage of the Moronovian method of instant delayed response in reaction to simmering memories distorted through personal filters... the real memoir emerges from between the lines.

alone

from Lohbado's sketchbook
A valuable skill for twenty-first century humans is the ability to be alone. The ability to be comfortable alone is especially useful for aging and retired people. Once you get old and run out of steam, unable to attend parties which begin at 9 or 10 PM, you stop receiving invitations. This is not a problem. It's part of the natural order. As ones ages, the body slows down. One has lots of time alone to contemplate, or to get to know oneself, like the Oracle at Delphi said to Socrates, "Know yourself." Soon death happens. The body becomes a corpse. Why not make use of valuable time and try to figure out what's going on? This is your last chance to stop being neurotic.... ooooooogah!

radiation storm

Just before the radiation storm, an explosion woke Lohbado from the bed. He peered through the front window as a three story building collapsed. Clouds of dark smoke and ash drifted over the ruins. The shock waves gave Lohbado an instant headache, pressure inside the skull. He massaged his forehead and made a pot of coffee.

Lohbado trying to escape the Tabernacle

The voice of Oogah spoke from the altar in the Tabernacle. Lohbado felt chest pain. He staggered from the building and sat in the park. He felt his body dissolving and pondered the sheer strangeness of existence.
