A dream dance of gangly eccentrics, dancing is not just for the young and athletic. Anyone who feels inspired is welcome to get up on the dance floor and join in. Embarrassment only happens if you compare yourself with someone else. You're allowed to have fun as long as your heart beats and air moves in and out of your lungs.
Even if you trip and fall, it's not the end. Get up off the floor. Dust yourself off. Keep dancing. No need to feel bad. You're allowed to enjoy the music. As long as you're alive, fun is permitted. Nobody is perfect. There's a funny little guy, or maybe a funny woman waiting for you at the end of the hall, if you manage to get that far. When you arrive you can shake hands and dance with them.
